Transferring to Orchard Care Fostering could be
easier than you think!

If you are not happy with your current service and you would like to transfer to an organisation who offers genuine tailored support, look no further than Orchard Care Fostering!

We are a very experienced team that can support you through the process every step of the way. We will ensure the process is as smooth as possible, co-ordinating everything for you. The fostering agency or Local Authority you are currently with are obliged to provide information during the transfer, which will provide us with the information we require to transfer you quickly and in a much less intrusive way than your first assessment.

You can transfer with or without children and young people in your care. Should you feel worried about your current service moving a child from your care because of the transfer process get in touch with us. We follow the strict protocols laid out by The Fostering Services (England) Regulations 2011.

These protocols are supported by the Association of Directors of Children's Services (ADCS) and are to help reinforce the ethos of child-centred care planning and child-centred decision making in fostering. Information can be found on the following links, but please do not hesitate to contact us directly at Orchard Care Fostering, should you have any questions.
