Donna's first year at Orchard Care

July marked a milestone for Donna, who shared some of her highlights from her first year with us: "Learning all about fostering, the important role admin plays within the agency, as well as getting to know colleagues, carers, and children, has been incredibly rewarding. Organising and taking part in charity events has been a real joy. Creating content for social media and seeing my designs come to life for promoting the organisation and recruiting foster carers and knowing that even behind the scenes, my role helps make a difference in people’s lives is truly what motivates me."
